Curbside order pickup

  • We are currently offering pickups at the Collingswood and East Passyunk shops on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons between 2-4pm. 
  • At this time, we can only offer curbside pickup at our Collingswood, NJ location.
  • Choose the curbside pickup option at checkout and we'll have your order ready for the next pickup window.
  • Orders must be placed by 6am for same day curbside pickup. Curbside pickup times are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 2-4pm.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email, but will not receive a separate email when your order is ready - it will automatically be ready at the next pickup (as described above). 
  • Since we are still working with a very small team, we are unable to offer pickup times outside of the Monday, Wednesday, Friday time windows but are more than happy to ship your order to you as quickly as possible.  

Shipping & Delivery

  • We are working with a limited team in our workspace and taking all proper precautions. 
  • Our current shipping turnaround is 2-3 days for us to get your order safely packed and on its way. Then packages are usually 1-4 days en route via USPS. 
  • You will receive an email with tracking information through the USPS when your order is packed and ready for pickup. Once a package has been shipped we cannot control how or when the USPS delivers it (sorry!). 
  • Delivery via cargo bike is used for orders going to zip codes 19119, 19118, 19144, 08107, 08108, and 08033.

    Transactions

    • For safety reasons, all webshop orders are final sale once they have shipped. No refunds, no exchanges. 
    • Gift cards purchased in our brick & mortar shops will, unfortunately, not work in our webshop since the webshop runs on a different point of sale system than our two brick & mortar locations. We apologize for any inconvenience and will absolutely still accept these gift cards when we reopen (they don't have an expiration date!). 
    • Webshop gift cards must be used online and cannot be used in our brick & mortar shops (for the same reason - we just don't have a way to process these in our shops). They also will not expire!

    General Information

    • Our two shop locations are currently closed to the public until further notice. 
    • Due to short staffing, we are currently unavailable to take phone calls at the shops during the closure (except calls for pickups during the pickup times).
