Lavender Ponzu Dry Seasoning
Beginning as a Philly food truck fave, Poi Dog has evolved into a duo of sauce-and-seasoning makers and they're really, really good at it. Add a punch of floral lavender and tart yuzu-katsuobushi to fresh steamed rice, saimin noodles, or tofu, mix into mayo for a phenomenal chicken nugget dip, or blend with shredded seaweed (like furikake)!
