In this hands-on role, you’ll keep the shop running smoothly, create a welcoming shopping experience, and serve as the main connection between your shop’s sales team and leadership.
Our ideal candidate leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes pride in the details—from a well-organized backstock area to a team that feels informed and ready for the day.

Assistant Shop Manager
Occasionette is looking for a thoughtful, dependable Assistant Shop Manager to support our mission of helping people leave happier than they came in. You’ll work alongside the Shop Manager to create a welcoming shopping experience, support the team, and keep the shop looking its best.
This hands-on leadership role brings care and consistency to every shift. When the Shop Manager has scheduled time off, you’ll serve as the point person, guiding the team with confidence and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Sales Associates
Obsessed with cute cards and good vibes? Come join our team to help our customers find perfect gifts.
Responsibilities include making everyone who comes in feel welcome, helping shoppers find the perfect card or gift for tiny humans and expecting parents, ringing up purchases, gift wrapping for our customers, restocking sold items, proper cash handling, cleaningperforming basic opening and closing procedures.
Ideal candidates are friendly, approachable, punctual, courteous, enthusiastic about the products we sell, and community minded.
