Occasionette Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Occasionette. If you have an issue with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

In-Shop Purchases

For purchases made at one of our retail locations:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for store credit only

  • A valid receipt is required

  • Items must be in original packaging and resellable condition

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase

Holiday Return Extension

Purchases made November 20 through December 24 are eligible for return (for store credit) or exchange through January 15

Any discounted seasonal items purchased during our Holiday Sale are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Online Purchases

For purchases made through our website:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • In original packaging

    • Unused, unworn, and free of customer damage

Return Method & Resolution

  • Most approved online returns are issued as Occasionette store credit

  • Refunds may be issued in special cases at Occasionette’s discretion

  • Approved refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original form of payment when the return shipment is received back at Occasionette's warehouse location.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs will only be covered if the item arrived damaged, defective or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Return Authorization Required

All online returns or exchanges must be approved in advance.

To request a return:

  • Email hello@occasionette.com within 10 days of delivery

  • Include a photo of the item in your message

Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

Occasionette does not guarantee refunds.
Refunds are granted only in special circumstances and at our sole discretion.
All other approved returns will be issued as store credit.
