We are hiring seasonal, part time customer service associates for the 2024 holiday season in our three shops: East Passyunk (South Philadelphia), Chestnut Hill (Philadelphia), and Collingswood NJ.

Ideal candidates have knack for making people feel special, an enthusiasm for cards and goods & gifts, common sense, excellent communication skills, and a sense of humor. Outstanding people skills are required to provide the top-notch, low key service we're known for. We expect all team members to be courteous, punctual, ready to pitch in to help with a variety of projects, eager to learn, and to be able to do simple math (like making change) without the aid of a calculator. Customer service employees report to the Shop Manager and our Director of Customer Service. This position requires a physical presence in our storefronts and the ability to lift up to 20 pound bins of merchandise.

Both weekday (daytime + evening) and weekend availability is a must. You will be scheduled to the needs of our small business. All seasonal team members will need to attend a training session on Oct 21, 2024 in our South Philly office.
